Do you want to create a mentally healthy workplace?

The Great Southern Health Promotion team is supporting workplaces to raise awareness of the importance of staying mentally healthy, and to reduce the stigma associated with mental illness. They are supporting workplaces to 'turn blue for a day' to raise awareness of mental health and show support for people who may be experiencing difficulties. They will also be offering brief, free 'introduction to stress' sessions.
