Albany Visitor Centre

The Albany Visitor Centre has been housed in Albany's old railway station since 1994.

The centre provides information and a booking service for visitors to the area's stunning tourist destinations. Albany features pristine beaches, whale watching, wineries, wildflowers and national parks.

As part of the City of Albany's commitment to tourism , the 'amazingalbany' brand has been created as part of a marketing strategy to position Albany as one of the top three regional visitor destinations in WA within the next five years. A vibrant and dynamic visitor centre is crucial to achieving this goal.

Staff with a commitment to tourism and a proven track record in customer service provide free information and advice. Staff manage all accommodation bookings within the centre, providing a seamless service to the public. This provides a central one-stop-shop for advice and bookings.

The centre was refurbished in early 2006 and now boasts an inviting, modern interior.
