The City of Albany may from time to time impound goods under section 3.39 of the Local Government Act 1995. If the goods are not collected by the owners within a specified period, the goods may be disposed of by the City.

Tenders are invited for the purchase and removal of the following vehicles that have been impounded by the City of Albany. The vehicles are not covered by warranty and are sold in an "as is" condition. 

To submit a tender, please complete a Tender Form, which can be obtained from the City of Albany's 102 North Road Office or by clicking on the link below.

Completed Tender Forms must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked 'Impounded Vehicles - Tender D17003' and placed in the tender box at the City's Administration office at 102 North Road, Yakamia.

Tenders close Friday 13 October 2017 at 12.00 noon.

All applicants will be notified in writing of the outcome of the tender.

Upon confirmation of a successful tender, the successful applicant will need to pay the tendered amount before making arrangements with the City of Albany Rangers for collection of vehicle.
