Fire and Emergency Management

When danger threatens

The Emergency Management Act 2005 was proclaimed for the purposes of establishing the overarching emergency management arrangements for Western Australia. The City of Albany has documented the emergency management arrangements for the City and protocols have been developed between the various emergency agencies to ensure a coordinated approach is taken during a major emergency.
