City Design and Compliance

City Design and Compliance are a division of the Works & Services department.  Responsibilities include the design of:

·         Roads

·         Footpaths

·         Drainage

·         Transport networks; and

·         Flood remediation.

The Design and Compliance team are also responsible for overseeing land developments and ensuring they are completed in accordance within the City of Albany’s Subdivision & Development Guidelines.
