Images and logos must not be used in contexts contrary to the interests of the City. Logos must not be changed or distorted and should not be overlaid or confused with nearby text or graphics. Images belonging to the City of Albany should not be passed to third parties and should be credited to the City in a caption or byline. Permissions are given for single use only and we ask that you put in a new request for any subsequent use.
