Local Planning Policy Available for Inspection - Draft Container Deposit Scheme Policy (Closed)

Notice is hereby given that the local government of the City of Albany has prepared the above mentioned local planning policy to guide the establishment of Container Deposit Scheme infrastructure. The objectives of the policy are to establish a coordinated approach to the provision of Container Deposit Scheme infrastructure within the City of Albany prior to the roll out of the scheme in mid-2020.

Submissions on the local planning policy may be lodged in writing with the undersigned on or before 20 December 2019 and should include the local planning policy name, the name and address of the person making the submission and the details of any property affected.
