Explore the tastes of the Great Southern oceans with a selection of natural and cured Rock Oysters, Akoya Oysters, Mussels and Marron prepared by Scott Brannigan and Scott Eales and matched with fabulous Cherubino wines presented by Larry Cherubino.

Be welcomed by our MC Verity James with a sparkling wine and freshly shucked oyster, then enjoy three seafood tasting plates and a dessert prepared by Scott Brannigan and Chris Eales, paired with fabulous Great Southern wines from Larry Cherubino Wines while enjoying the rustic surrounding of Leeuwin Coast and the Emu Point Boat Harbour.
