Join Daniela Scaccabarozzi, a pollination biologist, for a marvelous journey into orchids' pollination and the ingenious strategies that orchids in South Western Australia employ for attracting insects to pollinate the flowers.
Daniela has completed a dual Ph.D. between the University of Naples Federico II and Curtin University of Perth with Kings Park and Botanic Garden on the pollination biology of a group of Australian orchids and pea plants. She works at Chem Centre as a researcher advisor and at Curtin University as a Sessional Academic.
Daniela will be screening the documentary Search for the Queen of Sheba Orchid and discussing her work with the film producers and their research.
