The 2020 Walk for Awareness

Past Event

A family day out to walk, skip or scoot to raise awareness for headspace and kick off Mental Health Week.

October 4th is the first day of Mental Health Awareness Week 2020 and we invite you to join the Albany Community Foundation and headspace Albany to kick off the week with a walk to raise awareness for mental health in our community.
THIS ISN'T A RACE!

When you sign up you have the choice of two distances, 5km or 10km, then its up to you how you complete the distance. You can walk, scoot, skate or ride.
When you reach Eyre Park enjoy the family friendly entertainment, sausage sizzle and collect your participant pack.
Pets are welcome, so long as they are on a lead at all times.
A FREE shuttle bus service will be running from the finish line back to Emu Point, so you don't have to double the distance. (unless you want to of course)
