Our commitment

This campaign will be available from 29 November 2019 for a period of six months. Summaries of responses will be provided on the website on a monthly basis.

There may be instances where our ability to be flexible is constrained by regulation or legislation beyond our control. At these times we will do our best to clearly state those requirements. For example, health and safety, planning regulations and local laws.

The City of Albany is committed to eliminating unnecessary procedures and paperwork, and to streamline processes for our residents and ratepayers. If you come across a requirement from the City that you think serves no purpose or is too complex, we want to know.
