Online Rates Payments

Pay Your Rates Online

Pay your rates online using your Property Address or Account Number/Customer Reference Number.

You will need the Account Number / Customer Reference Number from your rate notice. 

This can be found in the Online Payments box on the Remittance Advice (as outlined in red on the example below).  Mastercard or Visa is accepted and there is no credit card surcharge.

Once your payment is successful, you will be given a receipt number and have the option to print or email the receipt.
