The City of Albany provides notice that it has varied and extended the Restricted Burning Time for the Northeast Sector up to and including: Thursday 28 May 2026.

Councillor Thomas Brough was elected to the City of Albany Council in 2021. 

Cr Brough is an emergency medicine Doctor, an active member of the Kalgan Bushfire Brigade and is involved in the community as a tree farmer.
