Maritime Festival Food Vendor Expression of Interest Form 2025

As the days shorten and the cold weather creeps in, venues across Albany will heat up with a wide variety of arts, culture and children’s events for the annual July Maritime Festival. The Maritime Festival celebrates our City’s cultural and maritime history, including that of Albany’s Menang Noongar people – who have strong links to the sea dating back thousands of years. City of Albany welcomes your expression of interest to participate in the 2025 Community Events.

Food vendors can register their interest by completing the following Food Vendor Expression of Interest (EOI) Form. Vendors that submit an EOI will be included in the City’s food vendor database for consideration ahead of each event.

Selection Criteria

Preference will be given to applicants with food offerings that offer the best value to attendees and provide the best overall fit for the event. Applications will be assessed on the following criteria:

 Food Offering

  • Professionally presented food offerings.
  • Diverse menu that can service diverse customer groups with offerings at various price points.
  • Offering healthy food and drink options (including gluten free and vegetarian foods).
  • Using local fresh, seasonal and high-quality produce.

Presentation

  • High quality presentation of the food truck/ stall including clean equipment, clear signage and menus.
  • Professional staff standards (neat hair, appropriate clothing and footwear).
  • Space and power requirements (in relation to the event site).

      Vendors are required to thoroughly review the terms and conditions listed below and agree to them upon submission of the Expression of Interest form. 

      Successful applicants will be contacted via phone or email to confirm their availability. Selection of applicants is at the City of Albany’s discretion. The City will select applications that offer the best value to attendees and provide the best overall fit for the event.

      Please note unsuccessful applicants will not receive notification and should consider the application unsuccessful if they do not receive any further correspondence from the City.
