Disability Awareness Training

As part of the Good Access is Good Business Project the City of Albany, in partnership with the Albany Chamber of Commerce and Industry, are delivering free Disability Awareness & Inclusive Customer Experience Training for businesses across Albany.

The training, delivered by Inclusion Solutions and people with lived experience, will cover topics such as:

• Accessibility tips for physical and digital spaces
• Inclusive language and communication strategies
• Practical, easy-to-implement initiatives to increase inclusivity
