The Unrestricted Burning Period for the NORTHEAST SECTOR of the City of Albany has been varied and will be extended up to and including 14 October 2025.
The SOUTHWEST SECTOR Unrestricted and Restricted periods remain unchanged.
We invite you to be a part of the vibrant NAIDOC Festival from 11:00am – 3:00pm on Thursday 2 October 2025. This special event celebrates the rich history, culture, and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. As a stallholder, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your unique products, services, and cultural contributions to a diverse and enthusiastic audience.
Stallholders can register their interest by completing the following Expression of Interest Form.
Please note that submitting this Expression of Interest Form does not automatically result in acceptance to trade at the NAIDOC Festival.Applicants will be informed of the outcome of their application via email by Friday 26 September 2025. Selection of applicants is at the City of Albany’s discretion.
Applications close at 5pm, Friday 19 September 2025.
If you are an Aboriginal Artist you will need to complete the Great Southern Noongar Festival Aboriginal Artist Expression of Interest.
You have the ability to save this form and complete it at a later date. An email will be generated and sent to the specified address.

• Stallholders must ensure they are responsible for the cleaning and rubbish removal within a 1 metre area surrounding their stall.• Stallholders MUST have public liability insurance with an up-to-date certificate of currency. A copy of the certificate must be provided to the Community Development Team prior to the event.• Stallholders must be in position and setup completed ready to trade by no later than 30 minutes prior to the commencement of the event at 11am Thursday 2 October 2025.• Stallholders under 18 must have a legal guardian present for the duration of the event.• Stall sites will be approximately 3m x 3m in size. Allocation of stall sites is at the discretion of the City of Albany.• Stall infrastructure tables, tablecloths, chairs and display materials are to be provided by the Stallholder.• The Community Development Team will advise Stallholders of stall bump in times and site positioning approximately one week before the event. • Stall positioning may be relocated at any time and for any reason as required by the Community Development Team.• Stallholders are required to stay open for the duration of the event; they may not pack down until 3pm on conclusion of Festival.• No vehicles are allowed on the Town Square grassed area.• Stallholders selling food may be required to have a food registration certificate to trade as determined by the City of Albany’s Environmental Health Team. In the event of inclement weather the City of Albany may decide to cancel the event. In this instance all Stallholders will be advised by text as soon as possible. • Limited powered sites are available; priority will be given in order of registration and on approval of stallholder. Stallholders must advise the Community Development Team in advance of their power requirements.• The City of Albany has the right to reject stallholders who do not meet the terms and conditions
