Annual General Meeting of Electors

The City of Albany’s Annual General Meeting of Electors will be held in the City of Albany Council Chambers, 102 North Road Yakamia WA 6330, on Wednesday, 20 March 2024 commencing at 6.30pm.

The Order of Business for the meeting will be:

  • Confirmation of the Minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting of Electors.
  • Presenting and receiving the 2022-2023 Annual Report
  • General Business

Electors are requested to provide at least two days’ prior notice of any question to be raised at the Annual General Meeting the response to which is likely to require prior research.

Copies of the 2022-2023 Annual Report will be available from Wednesday 6 March 2024 on the City’s website.
