The Unrestricted Burning Period for the NORTHEAST SECTOR of the City of Albany has been varied and will be extended up to and including 14 October 2025. 

The SOUTHWEST SECTOR Unrestricted and Restricted periods remain unchanged.

Middleton Beach Swimming Enclosure Repairs

Important works to repair the Ellen Cove Swimming Enclosure will take place from Sunday 12 October to Friday 17 October 2025.
The beach will remain open during this time, however community members are asked to keep clear of the sections of the enclosure that will be on the shore while works are being undertaken.
Your patience and cooperation are appreciated while these important repairs are carried out.
