Office Space for Lease: Lotteries House

The Lotteries House Management Committee has one office space available for lease at Albany Lotteries House on North Road for a period of up to 3 years.

The office will become available from February 2024, and its floor space is 28 square metres.

Rent for the 2023/24 financial year is $5,327.56 per annum (inc GST), with rental reviews on 1 July annually. A plan of the area can be obtained by contacting Laura Saunders, Community Development Officer on 6820 3130.

The Committee seeks submissions from interested organisations or community groups that are incorporated, non-profit, and non-government entities.
