Draft Local Planning Policy 1.6 - Short Term Accommodation (Closed)

The City of Albany has prepared a draft Local Planning Policy 1.6: Short-term Accommodation (LPP1.6).
The draft LPP1.6 seeks to ensure short-term accommodation is located appropriately and minimises adverse impacts on adjoining landowners.
LPP1.6 has been prepared to replace the City’s existing Holiday Accommodation and Bed and Breakfast Local Planning Policies.
Submissions on the draft Local Planning Policy can be lodged with the City of Albany on or before 6 September 2022 and should include the name and address of the person making the submission.
This Local Planning Policy is available for inspection in order to provide an opportunity for public comment and should not be construed that final approval will be granted.
