The City of Albany’s Community Development Strategy is currently under review. The Strategy plays an important role in directing City activities and resources to best help communities reach and sustain their potential. Most importantly, therefore, we ask for your input to ensure the Strategy reflects the priorities of our local community.

The City of Albany is seeking community feedback to inform the review of the Public Health Plan and Safer Albany Plan, which will be combined to form the City's new Health & Wellbeing Plan.

PROPOSED NEW LOCAL STRUCTURE PLAN – LANCASTER ROAD, MCKAIL

COMMENT PERIOD

The City of Albany is inviting stakeholder and community feedback on a proposed new Local Structure Plan (LSP) – to replace an existing LSP relating to land at Lancaster Road, Mckail.

A LSP is a plan for the coordination of future subdivision and zoning of an area of land.
