Draft Local Planning Policy 1.9 Waste Management (Closed)

The City of Albany has prepared a draft Local Planning Policy 1.9: Waste Management (LPP1.9).
The draft LPP1.9 seeks to ensure new development provides and maintains cost effective and functional waste management systems.
Submissions on the draft Local Planning Policy can be lodged with the City of Albany on or before 1 November 2022 and should include the name and address of the person making the submission.
This Local Planning Policy is available for inspection in order to provide an opportunity for public comment and should not be construed that final approval will be granted.
