The City of Albany has prepared a draft Local Planning Policy 2.1: Non-Residential Development in the Residential Zone (LPP2.1).
The draft LPP2.1 seeks to provide guidance and development standards for non-residential development in the Residential Zone.
Submissions on the draft Local Planning Policy can be lodged with the City of Albany on or before 11 April 2023 and should include the name and address of the person making the submission.
This Local Planning Policy is available for inspection in order to provide an opportunity for public comment and should not be construed that final approval will be granted.
