Notice is hereby given that the local government of the City of Albany has prepared a draft Local Planning Policy 3.1 Caravan Park and Tourist Development Uses in the Rural or Priority Agriculture Zone (LPP3.1).
The draft LPP3.1 seeks to guide the assessment of small-scale low impact tourism accommodation uses in rural areas.
Submissions on the draft Local Planning Policy can be lodged with the City of Albany on or before 14 November 2023 and should include the name and address of the person making the submission.
This Local Planning Policy is available for inspection in order to provide an opportunity for public comment and should not be construed that final approval will be granted.
