Notice is hereby given that the local government of the City of Albany has prepared the abovementioned policy to provide direction to City staff in the processing of applications for trading in public places, in accordance with the City of Albany’s “Activities on Thoroughfares and Public Places and Trading Local Law 2011”, and too provide a clear set of controls for operators to trade under.
The policy will be available for inspection online, or at the City of Albany, 102 North Road, Yakamia during office hours up to and including 10 April 2020.
Submissions on the policy may be lodged in writing with the undersigned on or before 10 April 2020 and should include the policy name, the name and address of the person making the submission and the details of any property affected.
