A draft Local Development Plan has been submitted to the City that proposes to replace the existing Oyster Harbour Local Centre Detailed Area Plan approved for the site.
Submissions on the Local Development Plan may be lodged on or before 26 April 2023. Submissions should include the name and address of the person making the submission and details of the property affected.

This Local Development Plan is available for inspection in order to provide an opportunity for public comment and should not be construed that final approval will be granted.
