Report of a Review of - Local Planning Scheme No.1 (Closed)

The local government and the Commission have agreed with the recommendation in a ‘Report of Review’, prepared by the City of Albany, on Local Planning Scheme No. 1, being to repeal the current scheme and prepare a new scheme in its place.
The ‘Report of Review’ and notice of the Commission’s decision, are available for inspection at the office of the local government.
