Notice of Intent to Dispose of Land - Lot 83 Wardour Street, Gledhow (Closed)

It is a requirement of Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995 that a local government advertise its intent to dispose of land.
At the request of the adjoining landowners, City of Albany intends to dispose of Lot 83 Wardour Street, a 711m2 block of vacant land at the intersection of Oxford Street, Wardour Street and Little Oxford Street.
This land is not suitable for development as a separate lot. This land will be equally apportioned and amalgamated with private freehold Lot 24 No 13 Oxford Street, owned by Steven Hodgson and Lot 23 No 16 Little Oxford Street, owned by Lisa McLennan.
The City of Albany land has been valued at $30,000.
