Proposed permanent closure Crown Right of Way, Lower King (Closed)

Pursuant to section 58 of the Land Administration Act 1997, the City of Albany intends to permanently close an undeveloped Crown Right of Way (ROW).
At the request of the adjoining landowner, this land will be amalgamated with their property.
