Proposed permanent road closure – Portions of East Bank Road & Riverside Road, Kalgan (Closed)

The City of Albany proposes to close two portions of East Bank Road and a portion of Riverside Road permanently, to enable the creation of Recreation Reserves.
This proposal will not affect the current use of the constructed roads, with the public and adjoining landowners being able maintain their access to the Kalgan River and adjoining properties.

Under section 58 of the Land Administration Act 1997, the City of Albany is required to advertise this proposal, seeking public comment.
