Proposed road rationalisation affecting Reserve 27107 Gull Rock National Park (Closed)

A portion of Ledge Beach Road within Reserve 27107 Gull Rock National Park has been constructed outside of the designated road reserve. To resolve this, pursuant to sections 56 and 58 of the Land Administration Act 1997, the City of Albany intends to excise approximately 10.6 Hectares of land from Reserve 27107 to be dedicated as public road and close 12.3 Hectares of the original road reserve for Ledge Beach Road in addition to another 8 Hectares of unnamed and unconstructed roads for inclusion into Reserve 27107 Gull Rock National Park.
