On 26 February 2022, WAMI award winning artist and international touring veteran Ben Watson and his band Benny Mayhem will facilitate a professional touring band workshop for local young musicians, followed by a showcase concert at the Albany Town Hall featuring Benny Mayhem along with a selection of Albany’s best young original artists/bands.
The workshop will be a mentoring and skill-share opportunity focusing on a range of skills including professionalism, touring, song writing, stagecraft, live audio engineering and how the bands/artists can begin in Albany and tour the world as professional musicians. Participants will gain real-world skills and then apply them in a practical way to execute the live music and sound engineering component of the concert, as well as having the opportunity to perform live in front of a public audience at premiere venue the Albany Town Hall.

Please note that in accordance with current WA Government requirement proof of COVID-19 vaccination will be required to attend this event.
