Marine Drive Lookout Upgrade Works

From 15 September 2025, the City will begin upgrade works at the Marine Drive lookout to improve safety and enhance coastal views.

To allow these important improvements to be carried out safely, the lookout and associated carpark will be fully closed for the duration of the project. Fencing and access restrictions will be in place from the start date. 

These works are expected to take approximately eight weeks, with completion anticipated around mid-November 2025.
