Proposal to Dispose of Property | Albany Regional Airport Hangar Site 7 – 35615 Albany Highway, Drome

The City of Albany proposes to lease Airport hangar site 7 on portion of 35615 Albany Highway, Drome to Randall Wiggins for a consideration of $1,800 plus GST per annum.

The lease term being for 10 years with one further term option of 10 years.

As required by the Local Government Act 1995 this proposal is advertised for public comment.
