Proposal to Dispose of Property | LMS Energy Pty Ltd - Portion Crown Reserve 52474, Hanrahan Road Waste Facility, Mount Melville

The City of Albany proposes to lease a portion of area at Hanrahan Road Waste Facility to LMS Energy Pty Ltd for a consideration of $10.00 ex GST per annum. This lease supports a project to implement landfill biogas capture and abatement to manage environmental compliance at the site.

The lease will be for a term of 20 years and 364 days after the commencement date. A separate contract governing the project will run in conjunction with the lease.

It is a requirement of the Local Government Act 1995 that this proposal be advertised for public comment.
