A draft Local Development Plan has been submitted to the City that proposes to replace the existing Local Development Plan 1 - Lots 1 & 2 Frenchman Bay Road (LDP1) approved for the site.
LDP1 is also available to download on the Structure Plans & Local Development Plans page of the City of Albany website.
Submissions on the Local Development Plan may be lodged on or before 15th June 2022. Submissions should include the name and address of the person making the submission and details of the property affected.

This Development Plan is available for inspection in order to provide an opportunity for public comment and should not be construed that final approval will be granted.
