LAMD35 - LOT 5780, DOWN ROAD SOUTH, DROME (Closed)

Notice is hereby given that the local government of the City of Albany has prepared the above mentioned planning scheme amendment for the purpose of rezoning Lot 5780, Down Road South from ‘Priority Agriculture’ to ‘Special Use’ in order to enable motorsport activities.

Plans and documents setting out and explaining the scheme amendment are attached for inspection, or alternatively plans can be viewed at 102 North Road, Yakamia and will be open for inspection during office hours up to and including 16^th December 2020.

Submissions on the planning scheme amendment may be lodged in writing with the undersigned on or before 16^th December 2020 and should include the amendment number, the name and address of the person making the submission and details of the property affected.
