Proposed road rationalisation Torndirrup National Park (Closed)

Portions of Frenchman Bay Road, Quaranup Road, The Gap Road, Blowholes Road and Salmon Hole Road within Torndirrup National Park have been constructed outside of their designated road reserves.
To resolve this, pursuant to sections 56 and 58 of the Land Administration Act 1997, the City of Albany intends to excise approximately 17.6 Hectares of land from Reserve 24258 to be dedicated as public roads over the current constructed roads.
In addition the City intends to close 9.5 Hectares of the unused road reserves for adding back into Reserve 24258.
