Notice is hereby given that the local government of the City of Albany has received the above mentioned Local Development Plan in regard to the Spencer Park neighbourhood centre.
The Local Development Plan helps provide additional guidance for use and development within the Spencer Park neighbourhood centre and the surrounding higher residential densities.
Details of the Local Development Plan are attached for inspection and submissions on the Local Development Plan may be lodged in writing with the undersigned on or before 1st October 2020 and should include the Development Plan Number, the name and address of the person making the submission and details of the property affected.

This development plan is available for inspection in order to provide an opportunity for public comment and it should not be construed that final approval will be granted.
