AMD002 - Complex Scheme Amendment - Rural to Rural Smallholding & Rural Residential


The City of Albany has received Scheme Amendment No. 2, which proposes to amend Local Planning Scheme No. 2 by:

Transferring the land zoning from the ‘Rural’ zone and ‘Infrastructure Services’ reserve to ‘Rural Residential’ and ‘Rural Smallholding’ zones and ‘Drainage/Waterway’ reserve.

 

Scheme Amendment No. 2 is considered a complex amendment in accordance with the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015 (the Planning Regulations).

Technical Reports are:

  • Opportunities and Constraints Plan
  • Local Water Management Strategy
  • Site Soil Evaluation
  • BHL Assessment and Bushfire Management Plan
  • Traffic Studies
