Draft Local Planning Policy
Notice is hereby given that the local government of the City of Albany has prepared a draft Local Planning Policy 1.8: Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure (LPP1.8).
The draft LPP1.8 seeks to encourage the provision of EV charging infrastructure for certain new development within the City of Albany.
Details of the draft LPP1.8 are available to view on the attachment to the right.
Submissions on the draft Local Planning Policy can be lodged on or before 21 August 2025 and should include the name and address of the person making the submission.

This Local Planning Policy is available for inspection in order to provide an opportunity for public comment and should not be construed that final approval will be granted.
