Roadworks - Bay View Drive

As part of the 2025/2026 capital works programme, the City of Albany is undertaking roadworks on Bay View Drive between Frenchman Bay Road and Queen Street.  The current scope includes:

• Mulching of vegetation for road widening;
• Extension of stormwater culvert;
• Reconstruction of road pavement; and
• Kerbing, sealing and asphalting.

Works are expected to commence in January 2026 and expected to be completed by late April 2026, weather permitting.

Road closures, with local traffic only and traffic controls, will be in place for the duration of the works.  The Contractor will endeavour to keep disruptions to a minimum and would appreciate your co-operation in working with on-site staff.
