The City of Albany has prepared a draft Local Planning Policy 1.13: Exempted Development (LPP 1.13) for public comment.
The draft LPP 1.13 seeks to streamline the planning approval process by reducing regulatory requirements for development that is unlikely to have a significant impact on the amenity, character or orderly planning of an area.
The draft LPP 1.13 is available to view on the Public Comment page of the City of Albany website. Copies are also available for inspection at the City of Albany, 102 North Road, Yakamia.
