Adopted Local Planning Policy - Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure

Local Planning Policy 1.8 – Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure (LPP 1.8) was considered and adopted by Council at its Ordinary Council Meeting held on 28 July 2026. 

LPP 1.8 encourages the provision of electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure as part of certain new development within the City of Albany. 

LPP 1.8 takes effect from the date of this notice.
