Draft Local Planning Policy

The City of Albany has prepared a draft Local Planning Policy 1.12: Local Design Review (LPP 1.12) for public comment.

The draft LPP 1.12 seeks to provide a framework for design review of significant development proposals, supporting high-quality design outcomes and the efficient assessment of development applications.

The draft LPP 1.12 is available to view on the Public Comment page of the City of Albany website. Copies are also available for inspection at the City of Albany, 102 North Road, Yakamia.
