Proposed permanent closure portion of unconstructed 18 Cuthbert Street, Albany (Closed)

Pursuant to section 58 of the Land Administration Act 1997, the City of Albany

intends to permanently close an unconstructed portion of Cuthbert Street, Albany.

At the request of the adjoining landowner, this portion of land will be amalgamated

with Lot 2 No. 18 Cuthbert Street.
