Proposal to Dispose of Property Albany Regional Airport Hangar Sites 33 & 34 - 35615 Albany Highway, Drome

The City of Albany proposes to lease Airport hangar sites 33 & 34 on portion of 35615 Albany Highway, Drome to My World Assets Pty Ltd for a consideration of $6,149.00 plus GST per annum.

The lease term being 10 years with one further term option of 10 years.

As required by the Local Government Act 1995 this proposal is advertised for public comment.
